Part two of our summer updates features the brand new Dashboard list view plus our revamped Navigation and Context panels. ICYMI: Be sure to see what we did to the global header bar, Workspace preview area as well as avatar here!

DASHBOARD LIST VIEW

Want a super quick overview of your Workspaces? Try the all new dashboard list view! Simply click the Viewing icon on the top right corner to switch between tile and list views.

WORKSPACE SORTING & MORE OPTIONS

Click on the header to sort by Workspace or Network name, storage, or most recent activity. Roll over on the Workspaces to display the “More” (three dot) icon for more options: Enter, Pin/Un-pin, and Manage Workspace and members.

NAVIGATION PANEL

RECENTLY ADDED VIEW

If you haven’t tried this view, consider it your “inbox” or timeline. The number next to Recently Added indicates the number of files recently added to your Workspace. The most recent uploads appear at the top so simply scroll down to view all Workspace uploads in chronological order. The Recently Added view is “folder-agnostic” so you’ll be able to identify new additions regardless of where your team member uploaded to.

PREVIOUSLY VIEWED LINE

To ensure you don’t miss any new uploads, we added the green Previously viewed line to show you exactly which files were added to your Workspace since your last visit. Captain Obvious says all the files ABOVE the green line are new to your Workspace.

COLLAPSE-ABLE NAVIGATION PANEL

Did you know that you can hide the whole Navigation panel to maximize your file preview area?

CONTEXT PANEL

VIDEO & IMAGE FILE INFORMATION

Simply select a file to preview technical file information for video and image files.

File Context Panel with Folder location

For all media files, find the folder location and file size in the context panel

[PRO-TIP] If you file is buried 6-levels deep in a sub-folder, simply run a search by file name. Select the file, and click on the folder name in the Context Panel to jump to its folder location.
